Is ordering online with Super Print safe?

Yes, Super Print use HSBC‘s payment gateway to ensure your payments are processed safely and securely. We also use the latest SSL certificates to ensure that all data you input into our site is not intercepted.

Some printers offer free artworking why don’t Super Print?

This is a question we are asked on a regular basis. Our standard print prices are just for print we don’t hide any charges, this means we can offer the UK’s lowest print prices.

Artworking is a skill and one we invest in, we only employee degree qualified designers with several years experience (some of whom have worked with well known international brands).

We’re strong believers in ‘you get what you pay for’, despite keeping our prices low we offer high quality print. Our design service is no different. Our designers create compelling artwork on brief, on brand and on time. What’s more we understand how to effectively communicate your business through working with companies of all shapes and sizes for many years maximising your return on investment? Can the free artworking printers offer the same service?

Can I place an order over the phone?

We encourage all orders to be placed online as this is a very safe, secure and efficient way to pay for your order. For special orders or products not currently listed on our site as well as those who prefer not to pay online we can process your order over the phone.

Do you offer larger or differing quantities to those available online?

Generally speaking, the products on our website are only available in the denominations listed, however, if you need larger quantities, please call us on 0800 44 88 244 or email us here.

I live/work close by, can I visit your offices/facility to discuss my requirements face-to-face?

Unfortunately not. We’ve streamlined the traditional print process, as a result we offer some of the lowest prices in the country. Therefore we don’t operate a drop in facility for customers to visit us, this significantly reduces our costs but more importantly it helps save our customers around 75% compared to a high street supplier and typically 50% compared to traditional factory based printers.

We realise some customers will only do business face-to-face, in fact many of our repeat customers were of a similar view before they started using Super Print but the benefits of excellent customer service, best value for money and free delivery on all orders is usually enough to tempt even the most demanding customer.

In addition Super Print supply many design, marketing and advertising firms in addition to print buyers/brokers and even other printers.

We’re a charity and need some print to promote an upcoming event, will Super Print donate to our cause with free print?

We receive lots of requests to support charities with printing. It’s not possible to offer free print to everyone therefore we think the fairest way to support as many charities as possible to offer a discount.
